Lead the overall product delivery and installation logistics – engaging key stakeholders throughout. Managed the complete operational maintenance and continued development of a national digital out of home network of 300+ unique channels, delivering varied, intelligent solutions paired with smart, licensed music streaming. Engaging clients with granular data analysis to identify key customer engagement. Partnering key suppliers, third party agencies (collaborating with sales on quarterly strategy) and subcontracting on new development in technological delivery.
